"the emerald city ranch rescue" is a 501c3 foundation that depends on donations and grants.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or requests.  Please understand that any surrender can only be approved by our Board of Directors.  Kitties must be up to date on all immunizations. 

We also require a surrender fee.  

We want to aid seniors with the transition of aging and no longer being able to care for their "family friend."  We hope to make that transition have one less worry or stress.  We like to make dreams come true for seniors and their families.
